I put the new modded version of the idx file in the Detroit Become Human folder, then I delete the old idx file, then I rename the new idx file to the name of the deleted old idx file. Example: put BigFile_PC (2).idx in Detroit root folder. Delete BigFile_PC.idx. Rename BigFile_PC (2).idx to BigFile_PC.idx.
