Nah, I'm not a duper. I just drink a lot of nuka cola quantum. It's impossible to have so many quantum nukas to be able to spam them for defense purposes. Maybe you could hoard 100 in a few weeks, and chew em in 2 pvp fights. It's not a sustainable strategy unless you dupe them.
Ive only seen it happens once, but i had nuka quantum in display and through my stash box they look seperate, not stacked. I decided to take them out so i can make 1 stack. The moment i toke the quantums in my inventory, the small stack i had in my stash suddenly increased by atleast 300 amount.
